Kids’ Nutrition of Houston (KNH) is a private Pediatric Nutritional Counseling practice owned and operated by Megan Schwartz West, RD LD.  She has worked with children and families in schools, at home, in the hospital, and on the playing field, with a focus on supporting and empowering kids to live the life of their dreams, achieve their goals, and feel confident about themselves and the future.
