Service Description

A comprehensive consultation with a registered dietitian that will last 60 minutes. We will discuss your current and past lifestyle habits. We will review what our body needs to have the most energy and do everything we love. We will discuss taste buds, cravings, hydration, hunger vs thirst vs boredom and much more. At the end we will set our SMART goals.
